Who We Are
Pro-spec Enterprises, Inc. is a general building contracting firm that offers construction services for the
Commercial, Residential and Institutional needs of our clients.
We specialize in renovations, remodeling, reparations, additions, new builds, as well as Senior Housing needs.
We operate closely with the local building authorities and take pride in our ability to work in concert with architects, engineers, inspectors and owner representatives.
We have the ability to provide a broad spectrum of construction services by incorporating the talents
of capable associate professionals and our own staff.
President: Gregory F. Schubert
Mr. Schubert comes from a family of builders and industry professionals. Both his father and uncle were
post-war builders of southern California housing during those critical crunch years of great demand.
Mr. Schubert additionally has many years of overseas construction experience, serving the growth
needs of local Christian Churches in West Africa.
Training includes an advanced degree in Construction Technology and was an OSHA Certified Consultant.
Mr. Schubert is a Member of The Building Trades Association and is a Certified Building Inspector, and EPA Certified
Renovator RRP and member of BBB.
